It is located in south Fort Myers, Florida - about 2 miles south of Page Field and 1/2 mile east of US 41 (Cleveland Ave.) - on the corner of Beacon Blvd. and Trailwinds Road.

Although tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, residents of Leisure Estate have easy access to excellent shopping located along the US 41 corridor! There is also easy access to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and the Southwest Florida International Airport (all about 15 miles away.) In addition, there are many excellent nearby golf courses. Outside golf memberships are available at the neighboring Hideaway Country Club. They have limited outside memberships.

Owners automatically belong to the Leisure Estates Homeowners Association. The association is responsible for maintaining the common grounds, the roads, and the pool/pavilion area.
